HOW DO WE ARRIVE AT THE PURCHASE PRICE & QUICK SALE PRICE?

Our team researches the market for the best buys in suppressed properties and then surveys comparable properties to compare their selling price.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SECURE INVESTORS GROUP EXERCISES THEIR RIGHT TO PAY OFF THE DEED OF TRUST?

At any time your loan matures or is changed under the contract, you will have the opportunity to roll into another property that you approve or you will receive full payment for your loan.

IS THE PROPERTY INSURED?

Yes. The property will have Title Insurance, Wind and Hail and liability Insurance evidenced by a certificate of insurance covered by Secure Investors Group, LLC.

AM I ASSURED THAT MY INVESTMENT IS FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR?

Our contract states that you will be paid interest on your loan for at least one year. If the property is sold before the end of your one-year contract, you’ll still receive the full 10% interest.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A DEFAULT IN RECEIVING MY QUARTERLY PAYMENT OF 10% PER ANNUM?
